What we bring

A digital model can make an early product idea easier to inspect. You can compare proportions, review how parts relate and discuss changes before committing to a physical build. The useful question is not how realistic the image looks. It is what the model needs to help you decide.

BDWY develops digital prototypes for physical product work. We define the purpose and the starting information, then agree the required geometry, level of detail and outputs. A model for reviewing an enclosure is different from a scene for a campaign image. A concept model also differs from a detailed handover that a fabricator can quote. Those differences belong in the scope.

The work can begin with sketches, dimensions, references or existing CAD. We review what those files actually contain and identify decisions that are still open. Changes can then be assessed against the same brief rather than a growing collection of unrelated renders. When the next question requires handling, assembly or a material test, the digital work can inform a separate physical prototype.

A render is not a test result

A convincing image does not establish strength, safety, tolerance or manufacturing readiness. Any simulation needs defined assumptions, suitable inputs and a separate agreed scope. We distinguish visual review from engineering verification so that the output does not imply more than the work supports.
